FOREIGN ORDERS We accept orders from several places in the world. All prices are in US Dollars. Don't forget to include $14.75 S&H per book along with the sales price of the book or books ordered. UK buyers will find the Rebel King books on http://www.amazon.co.uk and the shipping would be minimal if shipped within the UK. |

SHIPPING We are shipping by USPS Media Mail for USA orders and USPS Global Priority Mail Only. If your requirements are different than this, please call 800.670.7268 (USA) We will ship within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. |
